Organizations that complete the IDP will be able to strengthen their resources, both tangible and intangible, improve the work of NGOs, and strengthen the ability to better serve the target group while adhering to the core mission of the organization.

Institutional Development Program supports effective advocates of change at the national and local levels who do not have the necessary institutional capacity or who are striving to raise it to a higher level.
