OrleTECH
Our goal
Development of new competencies, reduction of unemployment and social tension, improvement of the socio-economic situation of the population, including socially vulnerable segments of the population.
The project is focused in three directions:
  1. Support and education of Kazakh youth
  2. Mastering 2 main directions of modern digital specialties
  3. Additional courses on Soft Skills, Computer and Financial Literacy

Our goal
Improving competitiveness in the labor market and providing high-quality employment for young people with disabilities through training in sought-after professions on the basis of the competence development center
Participants
90% of the 150 participants in 5 seasons have been employed in various organizations or work as freelancers and have become entrepreneurs thanks to the skills acquired from us.
Target audience
"LEADER Z" professional online school for people with disabilities

Institutional Development Program
Our goal
IDP is a 14-month program designed to strengthen both experienced and new civil society organizations in order to help them become financially viable and able to respond effectively to the needs of target groups through targeted joint activities to strengthen organizational capacity, expand the knowledge base of employees of non-profit non-governmental organizations (NGOs/NGOs) and deepen their relations with key groups and other stakeholders.
Target audience
NGO/NPO eligible to participate in the IDP represent a wide range of organizations, including both traditional NGOs/BUT also organizations providing services with many years of experience

  • The study of the situation with the processes of digitalization in relation to people with disabilities.
  • Development of a "roadmap" for the involvement of people with disabilities in the processes of digitalization.
  • A study of the focus of government authorities on the training and integration of people with disabilities in digital skills
