The problem that is the focus of this study is related to the involvement of people with disabilities in digitalization processes. The COVID-19 pandemic has sharply exposed the issue of unemployment and vulnerability of people with disabilities, at the same time, the pandemic has given a powerful impetus to the development of digitalization in Kazakhstan. The purpose of this practical study is to study the situation with digitalization processes in relation to people with disabilities. The results of this study are: the development of a "road map" for the involvement of people with disabilities in digitalization processes.
