COMPASS
Project Objective: Creating conditions for the development of adolescents’ creative and professional potential in line with their interests and life goals. Participants aged 13 to 18 explored various professional roles—from programmer to civil engineer—and gained valuable experience that helped them make informed decisions about their future paths.
Participants broadened their understanding of opportunities in the labor market and discovered new professions they had not previously been familiar with. According to the post-assessment results, the majority reported that they had identified at least one profession they had not known about before the project.

Think Differently
Project Objective: To help adolescents with disabilities identify their career path, unlock their potential, and gain real opportunities for development in their chosen field.
A key achievement of the project was that many participants—previously withdrawn and lacking self-confidence—were able to overcome their fears, open up, and embrace their uniqueness. The project became not only a career guidance initiative but also a personal step toward self-acceptance and confidence.

ConNexus
Project Objective: To train adolescents in communication and soft skills through systematic support and social rehabilitation. Participants learned to build relationships with themselves, with others, and with society, while also developing leadership qualities and initiative.
The project became a safe space where adolescents were able to open up, learn to listen to themselves and others, and gain support and motivation for personal growth and active participation in community life.

Project Objective: Supporting youth from socially vulnerable groups in the city of Atyrau through a blended learning format and the development of digital and life skills within the inclusive Atyrau JasSpace environment.
The project became a platform for expanding youth opportunities by engaging participants in collaborative learning and encouraging the implementation of their own initiatives at the local level.

ProBono
Project Objective: Developing participants’ professional skills through direct interaction with successful experts from various industries. The project also promotes intellectual volunteering by organizing regular online sessions where professionals share their knowledge and experience on a pro bono basis.
Pro Bono is a new-generation informal education format. Each session is an opportunity to gain knowledge directly from experts, ask questions, and be inspired by their stories. The project fosters a community where sharing experience becomes a core value for growth.

Financial Literacy (Season 2)
Project Objective: Enhancing financial literacy among people with disabilities and contributing to the improvement of their quality of life through online learning.
The project focused on developing financial literacy and building healthy financial habits. Participants learned budgeting, expense management, and informed decision-making. The program was clear and practical, suitable for both youth and adults, and included tools for everyday application.

Online Marathon “Financial Security”
Project Objective: Enhancing the level of financial security among people with disabilities and representatives of socially vulnerable groups through accessible online learning.
Participants completed mini-courses on protecting personal data and recognizing financial fraud schemes. After each lesson, they took quizzes via a Telegram bot to reinforce their knowledge. Participants also shared the information on social media, helping spread awareness of financial security to a wider audience.
