People's Experts Project
Project Objective: to facilitate the development and implementation of inclusive policies in Kazakhstan through the active participation of people with disabilities themselves. The project is developing practical recommendations for the Inclusive Policy Concept and Action Plan aimed at improving the quality of life, protecting the rights, and expanding opportunities for people with disabilities.

US Travel Grant Project
Project Objective: Supporting the participation of representatives of Kazakhstani human rights organizations in international forums to represent Kazakhstan's civil society.
Project Partners:
Key Project Outcomes:
  • 16+ working meetings and negotiations were held with international organizations, expert centers, and partners
  • Contacts were established and areas of cooperation were discussed with USAID, UN DESA, Brookings Institution, EPAM, Special Olympics, the US Department of Labor, and the Eurasia Foundation.
  • Key issues and initiatives of Kazakhstan's civil society have been prepared and presented, and practices and recommendations for further work and partnership development have been compiled.
Russia Travel Grant Project
Project Objective: Supporting the participation of representatives of Kazakhstani human rights organizations in international forums to represent Kazakhstan's civil society.
Project Partners:
Key Project Outcomes:
  • Five working meetings were held with relevant organizations and partners in Russia.
  • A meeting was held with the Consulate General of Kazakhstan in St. Petersburg to strengthen communication and support initiatives related to the rights and opportunities of people with disabilities.
  • Contacts were established and cooperation formats were discussed with the organizations "Special Childhood", "Perspektiva", the All-Russian Society of Disabled People, as well as with the Raul Foundation
Adaldyq Council Project
Project Objective: To promote positive transformations and reduce social tensions among vulnerable groups to facilitate comfortable and open interaction between civil society and the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population of the Republic of Kazakhstan through consultations and assistance in solving complex problems.

  • 99 applications for participation in the project were received
  • 47 participants selected
  • 13 people's experts have been trained
  • 5 training courses were conducted
  • The program lasted 2 months.
  • More than 200 consultations were provided to the population
Civil Technologies Project
Project Objective: Strengthening the role of women and youth in decision-making at all levels in Kazakhstan through inclusive civic technologies and digital literacy, community-led social solutions, and a strategic information campaign.

  • 5 information campaigns conducted
  • 121 participants completed the marathon
  • Three marathon streams in Russian and Kazakh
Online Job Fair Project
Project Objective: To involve people with disabilities in active participation in working life, helping to discover their talents and find new opportunities
Project Partners:

  • 501 job openings for individuals with disabilities
  • 252 resumes were submitted
  • 64 employers
  • 69 applicants
  • 1,835 participants
Project "You are not alone!"
Project Objective: Providing humanitarian aid to people with disabilities during the COVID-19 emergency. This support included food packages, psychological support, and counseling.

  • 128 families in Almaty received targeted delivery of food baskets.
  • 130 families received individual consultations
  • 30 children with disabilities were provided with school gifts
  • 98 families received psychological support
Emergency Aid Project
Project Objective: Supporting citizens during the state of emergency by providing them with humanitarian aid in the form of food baskets and psychological support for those who find themselves in difficult life situations.
Project Partners:

  • 180 families received humanitarian aid in the form of essential goods.
Project "New Year Gifts"
Project Objective: Provide charitable support to the foundation's graduates to improve their quality of life and help them maintain physical activity and health.
